The Begining...

It has been a long time and far to few updates for everyone out there we know. We thought that we should catch up with the times and make it easier for you all to track these 2 monkeys we all know you want to see more. Consider this the first of many post to pass on the numerous stories of the Proctor Family ( well and one Jones according to our son... sorry Honey your not a "Proctor")

Here is a quick update on everyone. We will start with me since you really want info on the kids... lol. I just finished my first real race it was a 15 mile trail run and it was quite an adventure to say the least... yes Carrie I will do another one soon. Going to have to postpone my hopes for a 31 miler for some other objectives i want to accomplish first though. I am coming to a close on my Journey as an MTI. It was a rough 4 years but it has helped me appreciate what i have and better myself in many ways.

Heather- well what can I say she is stubborn... she married me after all. LOL. She is wonderful! Great mother, hard worker, a true inspiration to so many people and she doesnt even really see it. She is about to run her first Marathon in a long time ( well except that one in San Antonio that we dont talk about. LOL) It is the Austin Marathon(http://www.youraustinmarathon.com/) You should be able to track her from that site.

Kavan- He is definatly my little boy. He never fails to make his mother roll her eyes daily. For instance the other day we were watching music video of Carrie Underwood and me being a dad saw that look in his eyes so I asked him if she was prettier than mom? To which he responds with a huge grin and blushing "Yea!" A few moments in a different outfit I asked again and he said "No not in that outfit but in the other one YEA!" So i still have to work with him on the brown nosing part... Of course my wife has her ways and trys to convert him too... like the other day she offers to let him make chocolate cookies. He looks at her and goes "No I dont want those I want to make a healthy snack"....... Sighs I have got to get him away from her. Nathanael we may need a manservention to save the kid.

Rylee- My angel. She is so her mother. Looks, additude, etc... This is the girl who at 14 months refused to sit in a child seat at the table and heaven forbid we be out for dinner... She must be a big girl. So she sits in a regular seat now. She talks so much and loves to read. Lets not forget she is a grubber too. She will eat a little bit of her food wait for you to finish climb in your seat and eat what you didnt.

Then there is our other child. Rex He is our dog. Well mine, Kavan, and Rylee's mom doesnt "claim" the dog. Great with the kids. They abuse him at times but he never does anything to them.

Not much at the moment but hopefully this will allow you all to keep up with the journey of two delusional people who attempt to raise the greatest gifts from God( sorry I am lil biased) without screwing them up too bad.
